Vox does not clean up organizational directories

When deleting an organized venv (ie, has a slash in it), the empty parent directory is not removed with it.

Of course, a decision in xonsh/xonsh#1689 could render this moot.

Well, it hasn't been implemented yet. But this is pretty much an enhancement, not a bug.
