🐛 Describe the bug

I'm using version 0.1.158.22 of OpenUtau for diffsinger, and while tweaking the settings I've noticed that I can't select an audio device, like so

And when I use the official version of OpenUtau, this problem does not occur

I think this might be a problem with portaudio, hopefully it will be fixed soon, thanks to the developers!
