Error while loading shared libraries: libmeevax-basis.so.0

On both latest release version I get an error after building and installing. The error is:

error while loading shared libraries: libmeevax-basis.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This happens on Debian bookworm. Both on my machine and in Docker. If you want to replicate this here is a dockerfile I used for the head scheme-containers/monorepo@7ab9258
