Problem
Query tabs are too narrow, making their titles hard to read.
Also, the context menu (⋯) is positioned too close to the center of the tab, making it easy to click accidentally when switching tabs.
Expected
- Increase the default/minimum tab width.
- Move the context menu closer to the right edge of the tab.
