Adding Files To The Context Slow On Large Codebases (140k files)

My work has around 140,000 files that we use, and there's probably about 30,000 I can safely ignore.

What I am finding when I want to add a file to the current chat context is that the telescope picker is very slow because it's looking at the 140,000+ files and asking which I want to select. I need to figure out two things here:

1. Is it possible to tell AvanteChat which files I want to ignore? I am 99% confident there's files I will never touch or want to touch, and I would prefer some way to say "generally don't include these directories in your search when I click @" and I would hope that this could cut down the number of files that are getting fed into Telescope via Avante.
2. Is it possible to cache the the files or index them so that the "add a file" functionality isn't as slow as it is right now?

The same for me. Is it possible to use FzfLua as picker or some lazy picker?. More specific, is it possible to not load all files on picker display but rather pick / load / search on demand?
