It would be nice if the table for config.windows.input featured the field enabled, to allow the disabling of the input UI component, so that the native Neovim input UI would be used instead.
Motivation
I've found this to interfere with other plugins.
Like for example it currently messes up an algorithm in rest-nvim/rest-nvim, see rest-nvim/rest.nvim#524
Perhaps its appropriate for the maintainer of that plugin to fix that bug, but it'd be nice to allow user to disable this feature to avoid collisions in the meantime.
