Homebrew package for macOS

Currently there is no easy way to install bmaptool on macOS.

At the moment it can be installed like this:

pipx install https://github.com/yoctoproject/bmaptool/archive/refs/tags/v3.9.0.zip

However, the more common way to install CLI tools on macOS is via Homebrew:

brew install bmaptool

It would be great to provide a Homebrew formula (or a tap) to make installation easier for macOS users.
