When running a full scan theHarvester,py returns error `�[93m[!] Make sure you have Python 3.11+ installed, quitting.

Full scan has been running for an hour on 82 sub domains taking way too long. stuck on the port SCAN
Running a POC on my Kali VM (4 cores, 16GB RAM)
That container running the tools have the correct version of the framework.
- reNgine: 2.2.0 - OS: Kali 2024.4 - Python: Python 3.12.8 - Docker Engine:27.5.1 - Docker Compose: 2.32.4 - Browser: 134.0.2 (on Windows)
