Loading issues - Permission denied error

While attempting to load CADExchanger, I got following error message:

During initialization the error "[Errno 13] Permission denied: ''" occurred in share/Mod/CADExchanger/Init.py

even if the folders have permissions set to "Full access (777)" and are owned by the user who runs FreeCAD

Note: For the security reason, the path was truncated
