Hello,

I would like to simulate ONT rolling circle amplification data based on a reference genome sequence. Can the pbsim3 software be used for this purpose?

Thank you for your using PBSIM. Sorry for the late reply. PBSIM cannot simulate ONT rolling circle amplification data. We are currently considering implementing a simulation function for this data.
