Toast plugin is not included in the project

Ionic projects work with plugins to deal with native OS features.
Toast PhoneGap Plugin is missing. (https://github.com/EddyVerbruggen/Toast-PhoneGap-Plugin). Only Toast.js file is included manually in the project.
