Extend the Kubernetes Service Connector with proxied authentication methods

The current Kubernetes service connector functionality exposes the credentials directly to its client consumers. There are potential authentication flows that allow issuing down-scoped temporary credentials to clients based on the long-lived credentials that the server-side service connector stores or has access to.
