如果使用预训练SGNS词向量再根据自己的语料库fine-tune词向量，是使用预训练词向量初始化embedding，是否需要修改代码呢，是从word2vecf下手吗？

在大多数情况下词向量由下游任务去fine-tune。
目前word2vec只能从随机初始化的向量上面训练，近期我重写了这个项目，可以用任意词向量初始化。
如果您想自己改的话，就改word2vecf文件中的word2vecf.c中的初始化函数InitNet
