Query Regarding DBG access

Kindly please tell me how to access the DBG that is constructed. I would also like to know what data structures are being used for storing it.

Sorry for the delay. The vertices in KSNP are encoded by two 32-bit integers, one for variant coordinates in VCF files and another for K alleles. Edges in DBG are accessed by (K+1)-bit integers. No other data structures are utilized. If the graph is sorted, you can use binary search to locate the specific variant and enumerate integers from 0 to 2^K to access vertices, and integers from 0 to 2^(K+1) to obtain edge weight (how many reads support the phasing).
