Datasets , USS and logs should have hyperlink in RI highlights

The attributes which are already present in the Resource Inspector highlights should have hyperlinks enabled if it is a hyperlink in the Resource Inspector. eg: Datasets , USS and logs should have hyperlink in RI highlights
