Terse/unterse commands for Zowe CLI

Its pretty common to receive updates and maintenance in tersed datasets, as well as send tersed log datasets to vendors. It would be very useful to terse and unterse these datasets using Zowe CLI commands

This sounds like a good enhancement idea, however I don't see any endpoints in z/OSMF that may help with this.

  This means that we may need to submit an request to the z/OSMF team for this.

Perhaps we can investigate this enhancement in the Zowe Remote SSH project?

In the meantime, we could use the TRSMAIN utility (via JCL) to perform the operation.

z/OSMF implementation will likely take quite a bit longer to implement than in ZNP - you can probably run it now via the zowex tool run command group
