Windows desktop app always in full screen mode #1223

Describe the bug

The desktop app seems to be in full screen mode since there is no top bar to close / minimize etc, and it covers windows shortcut bar on bottom.

To Reproduce
Get desktop app on Windows 10.

Expected behavior
Not be in full screen mode.
