Add two Maza AI boards (based on esp32-s3 and esp32-s31) with epaper display (classic A01 2.9 inches).
Note that esp32-s31 board support should be compiled under esp-idf v6.1.
Hardware:
ESP32 S3/S31;
ES8311 audio codec;
Amplifier NS4150B;
Microphone ZTS6216;
E-paper A01 2.9 inches: resolution 128*296;
