Hello,
I thought it was a bit annoying that I couldn't choose to not upload subdirectories with u2c.py, so I added a new --nr flag that does just that. It's pretty small but I think it's helpful enough to warrant a PR.
Please let me know if I missed something or if I accidentally broke something. It works from my windows machine and from WSL on that same machine, unfortunately I don't have any MacOS devices to test on.
