Based on replies to a politicians tweet, we can determine if a tweet has been ratioed (the top reply has more likes than the original tweet). This gives us the opportunity to gauge political engagement and determine how well percieved some tweets are from specific polticians
This project utilizes the Twitter API to scrape tweets from representatives across the US.
