Download the latest version - https://github.com/Andrew1175/Windrose-Server-Manager-Enhanced/releases/latest. Do not download the debug version unless you're encountering issues.
Extract the .zip to a folder of your choice. Be sure to keep all contents in the .zip together:
- Windrose-Server-Manager.exe
- _internal (Folder)
Run Windrose-Server-Manager.exe
Follow the Setup Wizard to configure a new dedicated server or to use your pre-existing one.
Click Install Server — Only if using SteamCMD.
Switch to the Dashboard tab and click Start.
