Rename kombu-shared module to kombu

…u-shared` to `:kombu`. The dependency in `desktop/build.gradle.kts` has been updated from `:kombu-shared` to `:kombu`. The dependency in `android/build.gradle.kts` has been updated from `:kombu-shared` to `:kombu`. The `kombu-shared` directory was renamed to `kombu`, and all relevant build files were updated. This step was already completed when I updated the `settings.gradle.kts` file earlier. This step was already completed when I updated the `desktop/build.gradle.kts` file earlier. This step was already completed when I updated the `android/build.gradle.kts` file earlier. This step was already completed when I updated the `kombu/build.gradle.kts` file earlier. The root project has been successfully renamed to `Kombu-App` in `settings.gradle.kts` and `AGENTS.md`. The original naming conflict error is resolved, indicating the root project renaming was successful.
