What is this fixing or adding?
Changes NetUtils to a faster json library.
Also adds some tests and includes the change from #6378 .
The depth limit appears to be off by one. Already mentioned that in Discord.Fixed.How was this tested?
Only in CI so far, hence the draft PR.
