Update VM Type/Size in config, with notes

Purpose

My company's initial Batch account did not have the default VM. This meant it timed out after 30 minutes. The only clue it wasn't working was in the portal. I found a VM available to me and added a web link to the list of VM's.

Does this introduce a breaking change?
