[Tenable App][rsyslog] - Change in rsyslog configuration

• Adding two configuration file for Tenable rsyslog configuration and reference in Data connector UI page

Reason for Change(s):

• The configuration command was not correctly populated on the Data Connector UI page.
• One more conf file with additional filters of source IP were applied to the syslog logs.

Changes are only related to rsyslog configuration steps and the rsyslog server doesn't run on Function App. Hence, I am not able to provide the screen shot of data connector execution.
