The changes in this PR are as follows:
*Command to check connection from VMHost using netcat command to a known IP address/port
It can be used to check connection to iSCSI, VASA or other services
I have read the contributor guidelines and have completed the following:
Formatted the code using VSCode default formatter for PowerShell.
[] Tested the code end-to-end against an SDDC.
*Tested using on-premise deployment
Documented the functions using standard PowerShell markup and applied
AVSAttributeto newly exported functions.
