• recoveryservicesbackup SDK upgrade from 3.0.0 to 4.0.0 (SDK splitted into activestamp and passivestamp)

• az backup protectable-item list/show: Added auto-protection policy and node-list field in the response for SQLInstance SQLAG

{} means this change is not customer-facing and the message will NOT be included in HISTORY.rst.
Usually bump version is not customer-facing.
May I ask whether description 2-4 is customer-facing?
If we have multiple customer-facing changes, we need add them in the History Notes one by one, so we can automatically generate release note from History Notes instead of PR title.

Hi. Thanks for pointing this out. Only description 3 and 4 are customer facing. I will remove description number 2 from History Notes.
