when using your own template the BaseName property was not set ending into Slurm clusters not discoverable by the automatic cluster registration.
This fix remediate this by setting the BaseName with the value slurm if not present and if slurm is found in any properties of the cluster. This would be the case for the TemplateName or Cluster Init Specification or configuration properties.
