  • Edited package.py to put project blobs and cyclecloud-pbspro-pkg-2.0.24.tar.gz directly into the blobs directory. Files are only downloaded if they are not already present.
  • Added build.sh which sets up a venv, runs package.py, and generates release.yml.
  • Added BUILDING.md which describes how to test changes to a pbs cluster.
