  1. Updated tensorflow to 2.20.0 (min version for Python 3.12 is 2.16.0)
  2. Updated Keras to 3.12.0 (min for TF 2.20.0)
  3. As a consequence updated keras.src.** imports to point to their respective API endpoints
  4. Updated numpy to 1.26.4 (min for 3.12, and tenacity, an internal package requires a max of 1.26.4)
  5. Updated Pandas to its latest version supported for Python 3.12
