32-Bit installer & Fixed names

Changes

• Added 32-bit installer (Windows includes both in one installer - Linux is separate)
• Added optional "Fixed Names" option - Not all names fixed? You can help!
• Renamed "Configs" tab to "Settings"

System tray & Time display

Changes

• Program can no longer run multiple times at once
• Program now hides in system tray when closing
  • Right click the icon and press Quit to exit
• Added time display for different regions
  • On first time startup this will take a few minutes to fetch
  • On consecutive startups this should be instant

Config saving!

• Added config saving
• Added buttons to switch the status of all SDRs of the currently selected game

Linux support!
