Map and Profiles now are in the same flex container instead of profiles being "on top of" the map with absolute. This will hopefully fix zoomToExtend and flyTo issues with the need for padding or offsets.
FIxed the tooltip on the weatherstation charts not dogging to the left when getting close to the right edge. Mostly a pointer-event issue. Also put in a fix width of the tooltip to avoid the tooltip from spasming (when trying to calculate its bounding box).
