@hpages Could I ask you to review the proposed changes, which will create html manuals as well as aliases.rds and rd2refs.rds files for CRAN to consume? In particular, I want a sanity check on https://github.com/Bioconductor/BBS/pull/438/files#diff-09ec5682a7b9cbecbf56b189793ba5459b066c61b91b2912db02ba47a0469cf2R6-R13 where I select the packages to be included in the .rds files from the propagation db as those as YES or UNNEEDED (previously propagated). I think there is an issue if I were to push this up, that we'd get the rds files but it would miss references to packages that were propagated previously but get a NO in the propagation db; however, if this was done at release then I think the references will stay current. Also regarding the manuals, in general they are created with BBS-make-OUTGOING.py but annotations also uses |
Generate html manuals with BBS-make-OUTGOING.py along with the PDF manuals and copy all manuals in 3.21 propagation/3.21/updateReposPkgs-*.sh.
Generate aliases.rds and rd2refs.rds for software packages and place in the repository along
src/contrib/Meta
