This is an idea of how to fix the issue that the user doesn't know what fee applies when constructing the tx.

Not sure if this is the right concept.
We don't control the coin selection, it is possible that we show a fee that will later not be correct.
IMO the current way of showing the fee in the confirmation screen should be okay...
