Introduces a new LaTeX file 'appendix-fa.tex' containing a Persian-language appendix for BlackArch Linux. The appendix includes sections for FAQs and a comprehensive list of contributors.
Added latex/blackarch-guide-fa.tex, a comprehensive Persian translation of the BlackArch Linux Guide, including user, developer, and tool documentation.
Introduces 'lint-fa' and 'pdf-fa' Makefile targets to support linting and building the Persian (fa) guide. Updates the aggregate 'lint' and 'pdf' targets to include the new Persian language support.

This pull request introduces a Persian (Farsi) translation for the BlackArch User Guide.
Created two new files: blackarch-guide-fa.tex and appendex-fa.tex in the latex directory.
Updated the Makefile to add a new target pdf-fa for building the Persian guide easily.
The build process uses Docker, ensuring a consistent and simple compilation environment.
This contribution aims to make the BlackArch guide accessible to Persian-speaking users and broaden the project's language support.
