Mac M1
If you are using a Mac with an M1 chip, use the following paths instead:

```sh
export CPPFLAGS=-I/opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@3/include
export LDFLAGS=-L/opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@3/lib
```

Then you can run `npm install` on your application to get it to build correctly.
