About

Code for combining all synoptic data (CB + LE) and converting the probe raw values (in mV) to sap flux (cm3/cm2/s). The updates from the forked repository are: (1) dTmax are not statistic per day anymore. I included an moving average and PAR filter to match baseline criteria. (2) final unities on both cm3/cm2/s and g/m2/s.
