Objectives:

  • Settings menu entries
  • Builder tutorial option
  • Localization text for settings menu
  • Implement tech tutorial option
    • Implement actually removing the existing tutorial info from the slide-out tech/civic panels
  • Implement production item tutorial option
  • Implement city panel tutorial option
