What's Changed

• Refactored StorageService to store all content files to the same table.
• Added upload endpoints for registering crosswalks, OpenSearch indexing for crosswalk and endpoints for searching crosswalks.
• Added endpoints for retrieving content schema metadata and input validation to JSON schema transformation and endpoints for searching schema.
• Added Github actions for mscr-datamodel-api repository and Development environment setup instructions in wiki.
• Created mscr-fuesky Image with all required datasets in place.
