New submissions to the CVE List should be made using the CVE Record Submission and Upload Service ([RSUS](https://cveproject.github.io/automation-cve-services)), and this mechanism for submitting new and updated CVE IDs. This mechanism of submitting to the CVE List will be phased out soon!
