Carceral EJ Mapper 1.0

In version 1.0 of the Carceral EJ Mapper, users can:

• apply filter conditions to determine which carceral facilities within a given state have at least a certain number of superfund sites, airports, military bases, and TRI facilityes within a given proximity to the facility.
• visualize the spatial proximity of sites of toxic pollution to carceral facilities on the map
• filter carceral facilities by their status, type, and capacity
• search for carceral facilities on a state-by-state basis.
