As discussed in the https://arxiv.org/abs/2502.19140 paper, a Spinel structure can occupy a Disordered Rocksalt lattice in 8 different ways. This code, generates the occupancy of these eight variants on a supercell of your choice. Subsequently, these 8 distinct occupancy strings can be used to calculate the Spinel order parameter within different regions of a partially disordered structure.
