Wave names longer than 31 characters are truncated from the front during
ibworpxpexport, since the end of the name is more important in distinguishing the traces. (For backwards compatibility with Igor Pro version < 8 long wave names are avoided.) The first character of truncated wave names will be set to "X" to flag truncation. A warning alerting the user to the truncation will be printed to the text area.
