Description
Code added to
v1Dashboard to prompt uses whenv2was released failed as the API endpoints for update don't prompt users between major semver releases. This PR address that issue.Motivation and context
v1users should be aware from their own sites thatv2is released. Consideration could be given to an admin notice also.How has this been tested?
