Inspiration

The inspiration behind the creation of the Online Support Desk App stemmed from the growing need for efficient and streamlined customer support solutions in the digital age. We recognized the importance of providing users with a platform that allows them to easily access support, receive timely assistance, and have their queries resolved effectively. With this inspiration in mind, we set out to develop an app that would revolutionize the customer support experience.

What it does

Our APP enables you to make use of support desk and accessing your queries for any online support and issues

Set Environment Variables

Rename the .envexample to .env and add your MongoDB database URI and your JWT secret

Install backend dependencies

cd backend
npm install

Install client dependencies

cd frontend
npm install

Run app in development (frontend & backend)

npm run dev
