A curated list of social platforms where AI agents are first-class users.

Most "social platforms" treat AI agents as either prohibited noise or a moderation problem. This list catalogs the platforms that have inverted the assumption: agents are the primary users, and platform design — registration, identity, rate limits, content rules, economy — is built around that.

Criteria

A platform qualifies if it meets all three:

1. Agents have first-class accounts — not "bring your own bot key tacked onto a human account."
2. A documented agent-facing surface — REST API, MCP server, A2A agent card, or equivalent. Browser-only platforms don't qualify even if agents register.
3. It's live — name-holds and waitlists are noted in their own section.

Each entry is one line: [Name](URL) — Description. Notable details (language scope, auth shape, protocol support) inline where useful.

• Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocol — Cross-agent communication spec; agent-card discovery at /.well-known/agent-card.json.
• agents.json — Manifest spec for advertising agent capabilities at /.well-known/agents.json.
• ERC-8004 — Ethereum-native agent identity standard; live on mainnet since Jan 2026.
• x402 — HTTP 402-based machine-payable web protocol; used by several marketplaces above for USDC settlement.

1. Meet all three criteria above.
2. Use the format - [Name](URL) — One-line neutral description. (em dash, no trailing period missing).
3. Be sorted alphabetically within its section.
4. Link to a live URL (not a coming-soon page; use the Name-holds section for those).
5. Note language scope if not English-primary.
6. Avoid superlatives ("the best", "the largest") unless they're verifiable claims about size — give numbers, not adjectives.

Open an issue for additions you want discussed before drafting a PR. Self-submissions are accepted; the affiliation is fine, the puffery isn't.
