2016 Site Rewrite

This rewrite was the work of Brandon Hudson (@brandonhudson) with contributions by Reed Swiernik, Steven Mirabito, and Marc Billow. This moves the site from the old green color palette to the new pink/purple to match the rest of CSH internal services. This rewrite move the site from PHP to a more straightforward HTML/JS basis.

Final state of the green Yasonik release of the site.
