0.2.0 - support for Auth v1 and API v3

This version of the Contenda .NET SDK updates the SDK to use the new Auth v1 API, and the new Main v3 API. This is sort-of a breaking change - the new API requires you to migrate your user to the new auth environment, and generate a new API key - other than that, everything should work as-is.
