Strip Unicode: Fix for specific Japanese characters

well, i just use English as default xD, maybe @EmoBoiix3 , @ardX , @keyur2maru , @CyanMobile/beni , @CyanMobile/gio , @CyanMobile/u8800 can all of you test for your language :)

ah, I want to know if I could safely avoid strip unicode because the fact is gsm.canEncode() returns false for our "Hiraganas".
Anyways,more test would be appreciated :-)
