Initial public release v0.1.0

This is the first public release of the SafeNutriKids project contribution to the DRG4FOOD Toolbox. It includes:

• the SafeNutriKids localisation engine (Python package)
• reference datasets for countries and languages (Europe + TR)
• documentation for parental data access guidelines
• placeholder section for future AI prompts

This release marks the initial open-source publication of the SafeNutriKids enablers.
